954: the inn has been acquired by the Scholl family. The restaurant has been completely renovated by Heinrich Scholl senior and reopened on the 10th of February 1955 as "Hackteufel". In 1959 a new hotel with 15 rooms has been additionally established. In 1956 Heinrich Scholl jun. joined the enterprise as an apprentice. In 1964 Ms. Renate Scholl joined the business and in 1968

she married Heinrich Scholl. In 1971 Renate and Heinrich Scholl became owners of Hackteufel and reconstructed the whole inn completely. In 1986 the hotel has been modernized. WC, shower, phone and TV has been installed in each room. Since October 2007 Isabel Hellmich runs the inn as leaseholder.
